How long will my business card or store stay online?
Your public pages are available while your account is active and its plan is valid. Check your dashboard for your plan details and renewal options.
Can I upload or install anything I want?
Bizcards is a hosted platform, not general web hosting. You can add business information and upload supported images through the dashboard, but you cannot install arbitrary software.
Can I move my site to another platform?
Bizcards does not provide an automatic tool to move your site to another platform. You would need to recreate your business card and store on the new platform. Contact support if you have questions about your account.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains depend on your plan and account setup. Contact support to check whether the feature is available and what configuration is required.
